ADCSAP-Uganda has a strong board which comprises of five members (chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, and two ordinary members who perform the following functions:
- Provides a strategic direction to the organization.
- Reviews and approves policies of the organization.
- Monitoring/ oversight role of all the organization work.
- Reviews and approves annual reports, work plans, and budgets.
- Conducts recruitment of senior staff in the organization.
- Provides technical guidance to the organization such as in finance matters among others.
Mr. Steven Kaliba (Chairman Board of Directors)
Mr. Kaliba Steven is a qualified educationist with a master’s degree in education currently working as a consultant on education and community Health education development whose experience encompasses over 20 years of secondary and University teaching; his credible performance in the department of Community Education and Extra -mural studies of Makerere University is greatly honored for bringing Makerere University nearer to the people through capacity building programs that saw the sprout of upcountry university satellite training centers. He worked with gtz Kabarole Basic services as a regional adviser on community health education where he was remarked for his creativity and innovation in awareness campaigns against the Aids/HIV pandemic and other reproductive health concerns.

Rev. Kintu Willy Muhanga (Treasurer)
In addition to serving as our treasure, Rev. Kintu Willy Muhanga is counselor and an upstanding member of the community; he is a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in theology & Divinity (Uganda Christian University). In addition, he holds a Certificate in Counseling & Development and is also a Former Priest at Ruwenzori Diocese.
Bakarweha Joan (Secretary)
Joan is a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in quantitative economics from Makerere University. She is a hardworking, resourceful and ambitious individual with good understanding of economic theory. She has experience in undertaking analytical work and research.
Dorothy K. Rubaale (Board Member)
Apart from serving on our Board of Directors, Dorothy is an educationist with vast experience having worked with several schools in Kabarole district specializing in early childhood development. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Diploma in Education all from Makerere University.
Rt. Rev. Kisembo B. Reuben (Board Member)
Apart from serving on our Board of Directors, Rt. Rev. Kisembo B. Reuben is the Bishop of Ruwenzori Diocese and a celebrated counselor with vast emperies having served on several NGO Boards. He is the current chairperson of the eminent person’s rwenzori region.
